En Allemagne, les employeurs doivent organiser l'ensemble de leur processus de recrutement de mani\u00e8re objective et neutre afin d'\u00e9viter les discriminations fond\u00e9es sur le sexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, la loi g\u00e9n\u00e9rale allemande sur l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement (\u00ab\u00a0Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0AGG\u00a0\u00bb) interdit les discriminations fond\u00e9es sur les crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
