Advising and representing German and French clients (legal entities, chairmen, managing directors, general managers, HR managers) in all matters relating to French employment law (labor law and social security law, management of day-to-day HR issues):
- Preparing bilingual employment contracts and general terms and conditions of employment in accordance with French law:
- Fixed-term employment contracts (CDD) and open-ended employment contracts (CDI)

- Negotiating and drafting company agreements (mobility, working hours, work organization, etc.),
