- Preparing bilingual employment contracts and general terms and conditions of employment in accordance with French law:
- Fixed-term employment contracts (CDD) and open-ended employment contracts (CDI)
- Working hours
- Probationary period
- Social security contributions
- Non-compete clauses
- Posting of employees in France - Posting of cross-border workers
- Negotiating and drafting company agreements (mobility, working hours, work organization, etc.),
- Assisting companies in restructuring, downsizing (voluntary departures, collective bargaining agreements, collective performance agreements) and implementing redundancies.
- Setting up professional elections, monitoring employee representative bodies, etc.
- Assistance with individual termination of employment contracts in France:
- Negotiating and concluding termination agreements
- Disciplinary procedures (warnings, layoffs, demotions)
- Implementing personal dismissals
- Assisting employers with internal investigations (psychosocial risks, harassment, etc.)
- Negotiating settlement agreements, drafting and concluding settlement agreements
- Assisting and representing clients in pre-litigation and litigation before the courts in France
